Thai massage is a blend of stretching, pressure, and rocking.  This modality is done wearing comfortable clothing on a floor pad.  It is relaxing and rejuvenating.  People have said that it feels like someone else is doing yoga on you!

Deep Tissue Massage is performed with oil on bare skin and focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue and connective tissue.  It is beneficial to help release areas of chronic pain and muscle tension.

Cranial Sacral Balancing 

Cranial Sacral Balancing is a non-invasive touch-therapy that is beneficial for stress, anxiety, depression, emotional imbalance, migraines, and many other conditions.  It is performed on a table wearing comfortable clothing and utilizes light touch to set the body into "self-repair" mode.  Sessions are deeply relaxing and calming.

I use a side-lying pillow and propping system that can be tailored to the needs of your unique body so you feel maximum support and comfort.
