Chelsea Brady

Chelsea is an advocate of internal medicine and using the mind, intuition, and wisdom of the body to explore the roots of discomfort, pain and disease. The many modalities of her practice stem from harnessing creative energy to promote a sense of balance, health, liberation and well-being.
Yoga
Chelsea is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She studied at the Marianne Wells Yoga Alliance School at Samasati, Costa rica in 2010 and completed advanced studies at Santa Cruz Yoga with Mark Stephens, and Annica Rose for Adaptive Yoga. She trained under Jane Austin in San Francisco for her Prenatal Yoga Certification. She currently teaches privately in Santa Cruz, CA to all ages and abilities. In her practice, she guides students to find alignment in the body to discover steadieness, ease, and a greater flow of energy.
Massage
Chelsea is a California Board Certified Masage Practitioner (CMP) from the Holistic Health Department at UC Santa Cruz. She offers several modalities of theraputic massage that can greatly benefit your yoga practice.
Connection
With a BA in Environmental Stiudies from University of California at Santa Cruz (2009)
Chelsea is a lover of nature, organic gardener, bike commuter, backpacker, and believes that having a strong connection to the earth can bring you closer to yourself and help discover a greater sense of purpose.
